● Personal Data means any information, whether recorded in a material
form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be
reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or
when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify
an individual.

Services, we may collect personal data from you, which includes but not limited

● As a Kedai Ubat Teik Seng Tong customer, it is necessary for you to
provide us with your complete and correct Personal Data when you use this Site.
If your Personal Data is incomplete or incorrect, we may not be able to provide
or continue to provide the Services to you.
● We shall keep your Personal Data confidential at all times. Our
policies and practices with respect to the collection, use, retention,
disclosure, transfer, security and access of Personal Data will be in accordance
with the laws of Malaysia and are as set out in this PICS.
● You agree that all the Personal Data we collect from you or via third

reasonable fee for the processing of any Personal Data access request.
● Nothing in this PICS shall limit your rights under the Act.
● You agree not to take any action and/or waive your rights to take any
action against Kedai Ubat Teik Seng Tong for the disclosure of your Personal
Data in the above circumstances.
Updating Your Personal Data
● It is important that the personal data you provide to us is accurate
and complete for you to continue using the Site and for us to provide the Services.
You are responsible for informing us of changes to your personal data, or in
the event you believe that the personal data we have about you is inaccurate,
incomplete, misleading or out of date.

the Site. If you are unable to update your personal data through your account,

Retention of Personal Data

Governing Law
● The contents of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of
Malaysia.
● If any provisions of this Privacy Policy or any part thereof is
rendered void, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the
validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in
any way be effected or impaired thereby.
