TEIKSENGTONG.COM Process Your Order Within 24 Hours And Will Ship Within The Next 24 Hours. Item Will Be Delivered To Your Doorstep The Next 2-3 Days (CityLink) Or 5-7 Days (Registered Post) After It Is Sent.

TEIKSENGTONG.COM aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact Customer Service at admin@teiksengtong.com.

RETURNS POLICY

There are strictly no returns.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only.

If the returns tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, Do take note that all returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.

If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value (taking into account discounts given, if any).

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

All returns request after >5 days of parcel delivery will not be approved.

All returns will be charged RM 10.00 handling fees

DELIVERY INFORMATION

For customers who buy products in our store, our store uses private express companies such as TA-Q-BIN, CITYLINK and POSLAJU as the delivery method (except for East Malaysia and some PO BOX addresses, we will arrange to use POS LAJU for delivery the way).

All orders will be shipped the same day before 2pm (Saturday and Sunday orders will always be shipped on Monday). Usually the package will be received within one to two days of delivery.

If the parcel is missing, we can only claim against the courier company based on the amount of the order. The maximum amount claimed is RM100.
